TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

Read the following points carefully:

    1.    Payment and Reservation Policy

​

    •    We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card, and PayPal. Payments must be made to the designated account or through the following link: PAYMENTS.

    •    For international payments we only accept PayPal.

    •    3-month interest-free payments are available with credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD; not applicable with promotions) (Only valid for Mexican Residents).

    •    Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    •    Once your appointment is scheduled, you have 3 months to complete payment for the project. After this period, an additional fee will apply according to the current rate and schedule availability.

    •    Darklex Studios is not responsible for storing files after 6 months from the session date.

 

    2.    Liability for Equipment and Personal Belongings

​

    •    Any equipment damage must be covered by the client, as assessed by Darklex Studios.

    •    We are not responsible for damage to your belongings or your person while on the premises.

 

    3.    Copyright, Credits, and Material Exclusivity

​

    •    Productions, arrangements, mixes, and masterings made at the studio must be properly credited with Indautor, digital platforms, and any other physical or digital registry.

    •    Royalties and percentages will be negotiated separately.

    •    Arrangements, productions, recordings, mixes, and masterings done at Darklex Studios cannot be used for re-recordings at other studios or with other producers unless the project is fully paid.

    4.    Use of Facilities and Equipment

​

    •    Respect the facilities and use equipment properly. Keep the workspace and other areas organized and clean.

​

    5.    Delivery of Material

​

    •    After each session, you will receive the following files for each song:

    •    .WAV Version

    •    .MP3 Version

    •    Stems

    •    Instrumental Version

    •    Corrections, modifications, and additional files will incur an extra cost.

    6.    Guests and Security

​

    •    The artist or band may attend with up to 3 guests during their session.

    •    You will be provided with a key for access to the building, which must be returned at the end of the session. A $200 MXN penalty will apply for loss.

​

    7.    Rescheduling and Punctuality Policy

​

    •    You have 2 days to make the reservation payment after scheduling. If not completed, the reservation will be lost.

    •    You may reschedule once at no cost; additional reschedules will incur a fee.

    •    The studio may reschedule sessions without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control.

    •    Be punctual. Delays affect session length and may incur an extra cost.

    •    Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a one-hour break.

    8.    Designated Areas for Food

​

    •    Consume food only in designated areas. Please confirm which foods and beverages are permitted in the studio.

​

    9.    Prohibitions on the Premises

​

    •    Weapons of any kind are not allowed.

    •    Avoid bringing infants.

    •    Pets are not permitted.

    •    Alcohol abuse or drug use is prohibited on or near the premises.

    •    Smoking indoors is prohibited.

    •    Do not block exits or entrances.

    10.    Parking

 

    •    Use the visitor parking area for your vehicle.

 

    11.    Accommodation Policy

 

    •    We offer accommodation options; check availability.

 

Terms Update

    •    Darklex Studios reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at its discretion.
